These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to your ("you", "your") access to and use of Mira AI, a mini application operating within the Telegram messenger, along with any associated software applications and websites (all together, "Services") provided by Mira AI ("us", "we", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. When applicable, they also include Telegram's Terms of Service for Mini Apps (the "Telegram MA Terms") and all other binding provisions referred to in the Telegram MA Terms.
By using our Services, you agree to all these Terms. When using the Services you may be subject to the terms of service, privacy policies and other similar legally binding documents of third-party services providers whose services are integrated into our product or otherwise used to provide you with the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by the respective documents of such third-party services providers.
Our Services include features that generate or transform content using machine-learning and large language generative models. You acknowledge and agree that our Services may be provided through a combination of: (a) models developed, operated, or hosted by us (the "Custom Services"); (b) third-party model providers and/or API aggregators that we integrate (which may include routing your request to one or more external model endpoints) (the "Third-Party Services"); and (c) decentralized computing infrastructure including Cocoon (Confidential Compute Open Network), a decentralized AI network designed to run large language models in trusted execution environments (the "Decentralized Services").
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services, including our fee and features, at any time with or without prior notification. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services for any reason, including for any Prohibited Use (as defined below), violation of these Terms and/or any other inappropriate use of our Services.
You must be at least 14 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.
Please ask your parent or legal guardian to read these Terms with you. If you are a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your teenager to use the Services, then these Terms also apply to you and you are responsible for your teenager's activity on the Services.
You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services, and you represent and warrant hereby that you have provided us with such information. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. To the extent your usage of our Services is made available through Telegram, another messenger, or through another application (the "Intermediary Interface"), it shall be your sole responsibility to maintain any account and necessary technical and protective measures concerning your usage of the Intermediary Interface.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as any documentation, guidelines, or policies we and/or our business partners make available to you.
You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. In particular, you may not (and shall ensure that no person following your instructions will):
(all together, the "Prohibited Uses"). You must also comply with the acceptable-use rules of any underlying model providers used to generate outputs.
You may provide input to the Services (the "Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input (the "Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content".
You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.
We are under no obligation to edit or control Inputs that you or other users post or publish. We may at any time and without prior notice screen, remove, edit, or block any Input or Output that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable or illegal. We expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with your Content.
Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, you retain your ownership rights in Input and are the owner of each Output generated in response to your Input. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output. You do not acquire any right, title, or interest in any item protected by copyright and/or any other legal regime in favor of any third party.
Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services.
By using the Services, you grant to us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Input and Output. We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services (including training our models), comply with applicable law, and keep our Services safe. This license survives the termination of this Agreement.
If you do not want us to use your Content for model training, you can opt out by contacting: legal@mira.tg.
We do not use your Input or Output from interactions with Decentralized Services to maintain, develop, or improve our Services (including training our models).
To maintain the safety, integrity, and lawful use of the Services, we may use automated tools and filtering technologies to detect, review, restrict, block, or remove certain Inputs or Outputs, and to prevent or reduce Prohibited Uses.
We may also suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) your activity poses a safety, security, legal, or reputational risk; (c) you attempt to bypass or interfere with safety controls; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or our business partners' requirements.
Some of our Services are provided for free; others require pre-paid credits linked to your account. You can buy credits using Telegram Stars — virtual items within the Telegram ecosystem used to purchase digital goods and services from bots and mini apps.
We are not affiliated with Telegram in any way. You are solely responsible for obtaining Telegram Stars and complying with all applicable laws and terms governing them. We are not responsible for any issues relating to Telegram Stars, including failed purchases, deductions, reversals, chargebacks, or delays.
We may introduce monthly, quarterly, and other subscription plans. You may cancel your plan at any time. You will not be refunded for the current subscription period, but you will not be charged after it ends. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, your credits and/or Telegram Stars will not be refunded.
We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and the increase will take effect on your next renewal.
The Services, including all software, source code, object code, models, prompts, workflows, user interfaces, design elements, audiovisual materials, trademarks, logos, domain names, databases, and documentation (collectively, "Our IP") are owned by us or duly licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your lawful purposes.
You must not (and must not allow any third party to):
Some of our Services may include software, products, or services purchased from our business partners. Such third-party services are subject to their own terms of service and applicable laws, and your use thereof shall comply with the respective provisions.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold us harmless, our affiliates, and our personnel, from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) from third-party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
If you believe that your intellectual property or any other rights have been infringed, or you need to make any other inquiry, please send notice to: legal@mira.tg.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, unless our privacy policy provides otherwise.
When you interact with Decentralized Services, your Inputs and Outputs are encrypted and not shared with any third parties, nor are they used for providing, maintaining, developing, or improving our Services. We do not acquire access to any Content you use during your interaction with Decentralized Services.
You are free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access or delete your account for any reason and at any time, including if we determine:
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any amendments will be binding upon you once adopted. You can see the last amendment date on the first page of these Terms; we are not required to provide prior notification of upcoming changes.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and any attempt to do so will be void. We may assign our rights or obligations to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in interest of any business associated with our Services.
These Terms contain the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, it shall be given no effect and shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable substitute provision differing from the replaced provision as little as possible.
Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies.
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and us.
These Terms do not confer any benefits on any third party unless they expressly state that they do.
These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms and/or your use of the Services and/or Our IP, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, except for their conflicts of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and/or your use of our Services and/or Our IP shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
